Accent Property Services uses market-competitive materials in all scopes of work. For high value properties where upgraded materials or services are appropriate, Accent Property Services provides a cost-effective scope to optimize marketability and return on investment. All services are conducted in coordination with the client’s Asset Manager and utilize licensed and insured contractors.

Our services for Apartment Communities are:

•  External Paint Work including: Initial Assessment, Surface Preparation, Priming, Painting using brushes, rollers, or sprayers for best result.

•   Interior and exterior cosmetic improvements, including Repair any damaged areas, such as cracks, holes, or rotten wood, using appropriate materials.

•   Landscaping enhancements, including lawn, plant and  tree installations, sprinkler system installation, lighting installation, regarding, etc.

•   Other structural work by clients' request, including foundation, masonry, roof, carpentry, drywall, installing windows and doors.

Rehabilitation Services:

Accent Property Services also provides a full-spectrum property rehabilitation on a proposal basis.

Rehab services will be coordinated with the client's project manager, utilizing licensed and insured subcontractors.
